Noelle is a photographer based in San Luis Obispo, California available for wedding, portrait, event and commercial hire. Also a passionate travel photographer, Noelle has been retained by nonprofit organizations to travel internationally to document humanitarian outreach programs. Noelle holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art and Design - Photography from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, as well as a Master of Science in International Marketing Management from Boston University. She has also studied professional photography at Florence University of Art, and marketing at Adelaide University in Australia.
